Spotlight Film: Leaving Fear Behind
Leaving Fear Behind is an exceptional film shot by Tibetans inside Tibet that captures firsthand the thoughts, feelings and struggles of Tibetans living under Chinese occupation. Dhondup Wangchen, the filmmaker was imprisoned in March 2008 for interviewing Tibetans and making sure their stories of resistance are heard by people around the world.

Free Tenzin Delek Rinpoche
After a two-year international campaign, the Chinese government has commuted the death sentence handed down to Tenzin Delek Rinpoche, a highly respected religious leader in eastern Tibet. Now, we are calling for his immediate release from prison. Tenzin Delek was targeted by Chinese authorities and framed for crimes he did not commit because of his work for the social welfare of people in his community.

Gedhun Choekyi Nyima is one of Tibet's most important religious leaders and one of the youngest political prisoners in the world.

Free the Nangpa Pass Detainees
On September 30th, 2006 Chinese border patrol soldiers opened fire on a group of 70 Tibetans attempting to cross the border into Nepal. At least one young nun was killed in the attack. Over 30 people remain missing and are feared to have been detained by the Chinese authorities.
